How does "pay only when you're happy" actually work?
We agree the fixed price ($699 + GST), then build your complete website. You review it on a private preview link, request your included revisions, and only once you approve the finished site do you pay. After payment, we launch it on your domain.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. There's no deposit and no upfront payment. Payment is due once you've reviewed the finished website, used your included revisions, and told us you're happy with it.
How long does a website take?
Most websites are ready for your review within a few days of our first conversation, provided we have your content and details. If you need something bigger, we'll give you a realistic timeframe before we start.
What counts as a revision round?
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the website we've built for you — things like colours, wording, images, section order and layout adjustments. Send everything through in one go and we'll work through the whole list. Adding entirely new pages or features beyond what's included is quoted separately.
How many revisions are included?
Three revision rounds are included in the price. If you need more after that, we can quote additional rounds — but most clients are happy well within their included revisions.
Can you build a website for any type of business?
Almost. Tradies, cafes, salons, retail, professional services, consultants — if you're a legitimate business that needs a professional online presence, we can build for you. If a project needs something beyond what's included, we'll tell you honestly and quote it separately.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. We deploy your website on fast, reliable hosting. To keep it online after launch, add our optional Domain & Site Care for $10 + GST a month, which covers hosting, SSL, domain management and uptime monitoring. We'll explain the options clearly before launch, so there are no surprises.
Can you connect my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we'll connect your new website to it at launch. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you choose and register one. Domain & Site Care ($10 + GST a month) covers the ongoing management of it.
Can you help with SEO?
Every website includes solid on-page SEO fundamentals: proper page structure, titles, descriptions, fast loading and mobile-friendliness. We don't sell ongoing SEO campaigns or promise rankings — anyone who guarantees #1 on Google is telling you a story.
Can you add booking or contact forms?
Contact forms and click-to-call are included. Booking systems and other integrations can be added as extra work — tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's possible and quote it separately.
What is Domain & Site Care?
It's our optional $10 + GST a month plan. It covers website hosting, SSL (the padlock in the browser), domain management, uptime monitoring, basic maintenance and minor technical fixes. It's month to month — there's no lock-in, and you can cancel any time.
What happens after my website goes live?
Your site is live, fast and yours. With Domain & Site Care we keep it online and looked after for $10 + GST a month. If you'd rather not, that's fine too — there's no lock-in and no obligation. Larger changes after launch are quoted separately.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once you've approved and paid for your website, it's yours — the design, the content and the domain registered in your name.
